You can visit our Website and App, read materials, and browse the Website’s contents without giving us any personally identifiable information. In order to provide you with the most efficient, professional and enhanced personalised service and attention, and to accommodate your private sessions or consultations, and services such as seminars, retreats, workshops, and courses you request through the Website and/or App, we require your permission for gathering information about you in those circumstances with the only purpose of getting in touch with you per your voluntary consent and request.

The identifiable information that we request and that you voluntarily enter on the Website and/or App (such as your name, e-mail address, and phone number), when you contact us to schedule sessions, events, make purchases or request information, is used to serve such specific purpose as corresponding to your requests, customising future experiences for you, improving our operations, and communicating with you.

What do we do with the collected information?

We use the information you voluntarily provide to contact you, and fulfil your requests for private sessions, consultations, therapies, and/or collective events. Any payments for private sessions, consultations, and events that you make through our App is directly handle by third party companies such as Stripe and PayPal, which adhere to certain legal requirements, and neither specific credit card nor personal information of yours is shared with our company. Any information you voluntarily consent to share with us through our Website, App and offline to book private sessions and coordinate events is not sold, traded, or shared to any third parties without your consent otherwise required by applicable law.

How do we share personal information?

Website and App hosting firms, technical and database consultants, order processing partners, and other third party companies may have access to personally identifiable information in the course of making our Website and App and its contents available, as well as statistic analytics, and payments processing. All companies working with us must comply with our privacy policies, and are not permitted to sell your information to third parties or to use it except as authorised by us and you, or as permitted or required by law.

We reserve the right to use or disclose any information without notice or consent only for the following purposes: as needed to fulfil any law, regulation or legal request; to conduct investigations of consumer complaints or possible breaches of law; to protect the integrity of our Website, App, and our property; to protect the safety of our visitors or others; to fulfil your requests; or to cooperate in any legal investigation.

Terms of Service

Your registration and payment for any and all services, private consultations, therapies, and events such as workshops, retreats, courses, conferences, and seminars with LuzAngela Rubin, and network of service collaborators imply your complete agreement with these policies. Each affiliate may have different policies, check with them before registering and booking a service. When you book a session, therapy, consultation, seminar, workshop, training or make a payment for any and all events, you are agreeing with all policies pertaining to that particular event or session. If anything is unclear please ask us prior to booking or making a payment. All policies apply regardless of individual circumstances.

Private Sessions, Therapies & Consultations
  • Full payment is required to reserve your private session, therapy, and/or consultation
  • Rescheduling a session, therapy and/or consultation is feasible providing at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled date by both parties.
  • If your session is running late and you would like more time, we will accommodate you if possible. The overtime rate is prorated for every 30 minutes or portion thereof.
Training, Conferences, Seminars & Workshops
  • Deposit of 50% of total cost is non-refundable but is transferable to another party for the same date
  • Your deposit of 50% reserves your spot in the event. Spots are held once deposit is received.
  • Your payment reserves your spot in all events. If you have not paid, your spot is not guaranteed.
  • Full payment is due 7 days prior to first day of a training or a retreat. If payment is not received in advance for a training, conference, seminar, workshop or spiritual retreat you may forfeit your spot. However, you may be able to attend without obtaining in-course required materials.
  • Full payment is acceptable on the day of a workshop, conference, or seminar.
  • Payment, minus deposit (50%), is refundable or transferable to another training or retreat date providing cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to first day of training.
  • No refunds given less than 7 days before first day of a training or retreat.
  • ALL SALES FINAL. PASSES ARE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER PARTY FOR THE SAME DATE ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Events begin approximately 10 minutes after scheduled start time. No admittance after this time except for a workshop, conference or seminar.
